What instruments do you use?
26" Symphonic Gong by Paiste
Gongs have been around for about 2,000 years. The dominant notes of this gong are G and F however you will hear many different tones. Gongs are meant to break up negative blocks or feedback loops in both the unconscious and conscious mind. They also generate the flow of qi, prana, energy life force through the physical and astral body. Unexplained pain that cannot be diagnosed by the methods of modern medicine is sometimes cured by moving prana/qi using alternative methods such as acupuncture or sound.
Crystal Bowls
The first singing bowls were made of metal and used across South Asia for spiritual ceremony and meditation. These bowls are made of quartz crystal and originally were used as crucibles in the manufacture of computer chips. One day when a crystal bowl crucible was accidentally knocked into it was discovered they created a beautiful sound and could be used similarly to the Asian metal bowls.

What are the chakras?
Chakras are vortices of energy in your astral body. The astral body is the layer of our being which is between the material/physical body and the subtle realm of the soul. The word chakra is Sanskrit for wheel and reflects the swirling nature of the energy center. Chakras are places where our mind, our psychology, can manifest physically. An example could be the heart chakra which is located in the center of your chest. The heart chakra is responsible for love, compassion and connection. When the heart chakra is stuck or slows its spin, as in a romantic breakup, there might be an actual physical pain in the chest which corresponds to the emotional state. When the heart chakra is open, or spinning well, it can be seen with upright posture and good feeling in the chest.
